Pricing and Availability Redemption Instructions Once you have completed your purchase, you'll get an e-mail linking to a voucher for each attraction and service. You must print the voucher and present it in order to gain admission or redeem services.
No reservations are required for arrival transportation. Upon arrival at Washington Dulles International Airport, claim your luggage and proceed down the ramps, located near either escalator, toward Ground Transportation/Shared Ride Vans. SuperShuttle ticket counters are located on the lower level, just before exiting the building. The Guest Service Representative will direct you to the boarding area. Present your voucher to the SuperShuttle driver.
Call SuperShuttle at least 24 hours in advance for reservations. The SuperShuttle phone number will appear under the Redemption Instructions on your voucher. SuperShuttle will pick you up in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time. Present your voucher to the SuperShuttle driver.
Terms & Conditions Voucher may be redeemed for transportation to and from hotels in Downtown Washington DC and Washington Dulles International Airport. SuperShuttle reserves the right to charge you the difference should you require transportation to an area outside of the designated zone. Voucher may only be redeemed once.
