No reservations are required for arrivals. Upon arrival at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport , claim your luggage, proceed to the outside curb, and locate the SuperShuttle representative. If a SuperShuttle Representative is not available call SuperShuttle and choose option 1 for dispatch. The phone number for SuperShuttle will appear on your voucher. Present your voucher to the SuperShuttle driver.
Call SuperShuttle at least 24 hours in advance for reservations. The SuperShuttle phone number will appear under the Redemption Instructions on your voucher. SuperShuttle will pick you up in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time. Present your voucher to the SuperShuttle driver.
