Redemption Instructions

Once you have completed your purchase, you'll get an e-mail linking to a voucher for each attraction and service. You must print the voucher and present it in order to gain admission or redeem services.

Advance reservations are required. Call SuperShuttle prior to your arrival. The SuperShuttle phone number will appear under the Redemption Instructions on your voucher. Upon arrival at Dallas Love Field, claim your luggage and locate the phone across from the luggage carousel. Push the button marked 'SuperShuttle' for service and provide your reservation number. A van will be dispatched for pickup. Present your voucher to the SuperShuttle driver.

Call SuperShuttle at least 24 hours in advance for reservations to schedule your departure. The SuperShuttle phone number will appear under the Redemption Instructions on your voucher. SuperShuttle will pick you up in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time. Present your voucher to the SuperShuttle driver.

Terms & Conditions

Voucher may be redeemed for transportation to and from hotels in downtown Dallas from Dallas Love Field. SuperShuttle reserves the right to charge you the difference should you require transportation to an area outside of the designated zone. Voucher may only be redeemed once.

This service is only available for transportation to and from hotels. By purchasing this service, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions for this service. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund will be given for transportation purchased to or from a residential or business location.
